Animal Whispering

Do you want to be the reef for this family of cuttlefish?

Everyone who chooses to be — IS an animal whisperer.

This mother monkey came to sit beside me a few days ago at a wildlife sanctuary in the birth place of Sana Dea.  She felt me so akin to her, she reached out to hold my wrist. In that connection between our two nervous systems, her infant could feel the love and trust moving between our two bodies, so much so, that the tiny guy reached out with all his might to take my thumb in his tiny fingers.

What you cannot see in these photos are the tears of humility and joy that were streaming down my cheeks as the three of us sat together.

Below, in the next set of photos, notice that my camera is on something to my left but as soon as these little monkeys in cuttlefish disguise feel the love I have in my heart for them, they make me their reef.

All beings respond to what is in your heart.

Animal whispering is possible for everyone but only when we have offloaded underlying sadness, anger, disappointment, fear, and other negative emotions that animals feel are waiting “to bite” from our nervous systems.

It’s these same repressed emotions that separate us from our children, spouses, and friends.

Like you, I am no stranger to anger, grief, anxiety, and the like but I do the work needed to dissipate negative emotions instead of storing them in my cells. Negative emotions, even trauma, can move through you. They do not have to take up residence inside of you.

Are you a woman in the middle of a big change? Divorce? Adoption? Marriage? Pregnancy? Career? Do you need help to make these changes and offload negative emotions? Do you want to feel so comfortable in your own nervous system that monkeys will be similarly comfortable sitting beside you?
